- *Processing Time*: All orders are processed within 5-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- *Order Cutoff Time*: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- *Delays*: Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

- *Domestic Shipping*: We offer standard shipping across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 5-10 business days.
- *Shipping Costs*: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your package and your delivery location. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. International Shipping
- *Availability*: At this time, BAESTHETIC India does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
4. Order Tracking
- *Tracking Information*: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Delivery Issues
- *Incorrect Addresses*: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. BAESTHETIC India is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
- *Undeliverable Packages*: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- *Lost or Stolen Packages*: BAESTHETIC India is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier service. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

- *PO Boxes*: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
